Promotional Terms and Conditions

• All quoted prices are ex VAT, branding and courier costs.
• Quote is valid for 7 days from date of issue and prices are subject to supplier increase.
• Samples not returned within 3-4 days and not in original condition and packaging, will be charged for at 100% cost.
• Orders will be processed once a Tusk Purchase Order is signed and returned along with a 50% deposit or valid company purchase order number in the case of 30 day accounts. Final payment required on receipt of goods.
• All Logo's/artwork to be supplied in a Vector format along with pantone colours.
• Branding will not proceed until TUSK has received your signed artwork.
• Once orders have been branded the order cannot be returned.
• Items with branding problems or damaged goods can only be returned within 2 days of receipt of goods.
• If an order is cancelled for whatever reason, a cancellation fee will be charged.
