Tranfers Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Passengers not arriving for their transfers will be charged 100% of the rate. No refunds will be entertained. It is the responsibility of the passenger to notify Tusk Transfers & Tours of any flight, bus or train delay. In the event that Tusk Transfers & Tours is not notified a cancellation or no show fee will apply.

Included

• Usage of the above vehicle with driver, fuel and all running expenses
• Passenger Liability R10 Million per incident per vehicle
• Public Liability R10 Million
• Airport fees
• Passenger transport is not subject to VAT

Excluded

• If a transfer results in the driver having to sleep over due to distances travelled outside of the City of residence then the Driver’s accommodation single room and meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) will be for the CLIENT’S account!
• Toll fees
• Coach entrance fees to tourist attractions
• Porter age and expenses of a personal nature
• Discretionary tips to the drivers
• Trailer needed to be hired as a result of access luggage to the value of R250 per trailer hired
• For transfers before 05H00 & after 21H00 an additional R40.00 per person will be charged.
• Sundays and Public Holidays carry a R40 after hours fee.
