1. Location

2. The Stand

  • 3 x 3m stand
  • 2.2m height
  • 3 x 3m floor space

3. Signage

  • Upper facia board (600mm by 1.2m)
  • Side facia board (825mm by 1.5m)
  • Counter board (600mm by 1.2m)

4. Shell scheme content:

  • Counter (850mm high by 1280mm length by 700mm width)
  • 2 chairs and a discussion table
  • 1 trestle table
  • TV 40 inch
  • Power

5. Content

8. Catering requirements

  • Please note there is a canteen and VideEcafe on site for Exhibitor’s own account

9. Wi-Fi access

  • Will be provided by MultiChoice

10. SET UP TIMEFRAME

  • Stand Build from Friday, 30 September from 16h00 until Sunday, 02 October 12h00
  • Exhibitors to set up their individual Stands on Sunday, 02 October from 12h00 to 20h00
  • Exhibition Dates are Monday, 03 October to Wednesday, 05 October 2022
  • Break Down is Wednesday, 05 October from 17h00 to 23h00

11. Requirements

  • Exhibitors to present Covid Vaccination Certificate for access onsite or a Negative PCR test taken within 48 hours prior to arrival
  • 37.2 doc OHAS
  • Letter of good standing
  • Security: will be provided by Multichoice, however all loose valuables must be removed daily
  • Parking: underground parking will be provided by Multichoice, details of vehicle must be emailed by 30 September 2022

12. Engineer certificate

  • Provided by MultiChoice for standard exhibition (anything additional to be advised please)

13. Time

  • Monday, 03 October, 08h00 to 17h00
  • Tuesday, 04 October 08h00 to 17h00
  • Wednesday, 05 October 08h00 to 17h00
